Destination ITALY

No matter how many times I go to Italy, I fall in love with it all over again. I remember my first introduction was watching the movie Gidget Goes to Rome. So fashionable, fun, and romantic. And that is exactly what Italy is.

Shopping in Milan, café dining next to the Spanish Steps or overlooking the Amalfi, zipping around on Vespa sidecars, the art scene in Florence, pizza class in Naples, foodies walking tour to the best gnocchi places in Bologna, Gelato crawl followed by Bellini’s in Venice and the list goes on. How about boating on Lake Como and then retreat back to your sublime accommodations PlanetKelli has arranged for you?

My husband and I have been blessed to have had multiple Planet Kelli planned trips, with more on the way! Italy is one of our favorite places in the world, and Kelli outdid herself when she planned several days for us in Sienna, Rome and Venice. The hotels were amazing, but the excursions took our breath away, from a night tour of the Coliseum (you could almost hear the gladiators and the roar of the lions) to a personally guided tour of the Vatican with a tour guide that was amazing. Another trip included a fabulous trip to Bologna, where she booked a fantastic walking food tour (my husband didn’t want to stop!), dinner at a Michelin rated restaurant, and wonderful guided tours of the city. The personal touches at each destination, from upgrades to special amenities, is the kind of perfect planning Kelli does that you don’t expect and has us counting the weeks until our next Planet Kelli adventure! Thank you, Kelli!
